“They did exactly what they said. Delivery was good. Carrier's tracking is slightly misleading for Orkney. "Out for delivery" seems to mean being shipped to Orkney using local carrier which in practice means another 24 or 48 hours. We were not unduly bothered by this. Bulbs arrived undamaged but were loose and rattling in the inner box.”

“The fluorescent tubes I ordered arrived in good condition on time. I would have preferred it if there was a minimum order of 1 instead of 5 tubes.”

Thank you for your comments we are unfortunately unable to offer less than 5 pcs on the fluorescents due to the packaging we have to use, this specially designed box has cut down on breakages by keeping the lamps rigid in transit. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

“My first attempt to buy these light bulbs ended in a web server error but the second attempt went smoothly and the order was received within 24 hours instead of the stated 2-4 day standard delivery so I was very happy.”

“Service is very good ---------- but, I live in the Channel Islands and delivery is now Charged at £50.!!!!!! I do not expect you will find many customers who will pay that price as a standard charge! Please use Royal Mail. My last delivery arrived the very next day and I had haggled for use of Royal Mail, was Charged a flat rate of £15 but postage was only £9. Please sort this out and only charge the correct rate please.”
