“Online order failed in the first instance.Second attempt ok but delivered as three separate packages one of them a day late. Contacting customer services by e,mail produces no response. Not impressed.”

“I moved 2 years ago and the kitchen had under lighting on the kitchen cabinet when one of the tubes went I found it very hard to find someone on the high street who stocked these tubes I went on website and found you stocked these and made an order and was delivered in a few day”

“I needed low energy light bulbs. These came but the energy factor was D. I must admit I do not understand the standards all that well, but I thought A was high and D was low. But they did the Job anyway. No complaints”

“I cancelled the order 5 mins after placing it as realised they were not long enough, I?ve had to pay £7 returning them!”

“The heater works sometimes and other times will not turn on at all - the red light shows but not blowing .The room is very cold so don?t understand.All the knobs in the right place in case you ask! Possibly a problem with the thermostat but certainly the problem is not immediately evident Will monitor further.”
