“Bulbs arrived on time, well packaged and no damage, they use a courier that supplies an hour slot which is always helpful”

“The quality of items purchased are excellent. I paid extra for next day del but it failed because of courier inability. When I complained to Lyco their customer services dept informed me my del costs would be returned in full. That to me is excellent service.”

“I would have appreciated receiving all three bulbs at the same time. The ceiling lights are perfectly satisfactory however they look rather smaller than expected once installed on a low ceiling.”

“Items were delivered quickly and for the time being, work as should. The reason I only give 4 stars is that, the "ASD outdoor coach lantern with dusk till dawn sensor" is very flimsy, and I would say that rating of the service should reflect the quality of the product s supplied also.”
