“Fluorescent bulbs were not well enough packed and arrived broken. Customer services dealt well with issue and sent out new lot immediately. thanks. DPD were a nightmare with the delivery. They delivered my parcel half a mile away to an entirely different and unrelated address. Householder rang me so I could colllect from him. The rest of the parcel temporarily disappeared. I asked it to be sent to a parcel collect point but they tried to deliver anyway to my home address. Got it eventually.”
