“Good service. Lights purchased look great but Nordlux offer pretty poor quality and the floodlights specifically say Easy Install - that was frankly a joke.”

“I found the payment options page confusing and ended up having to contact them to sort it out, However, 5 stars to the member of staff I spoke to on the phone who was very helpful and we sorted it out very efficiently.”

“One line was out of stock, had to chase it by phone only to be told it was discontinued. After phone call, matter was quickly corrected and replacement items with me the following day”

“2 lighting tracks and lamps were ordered and received when stated ,one lamp was faulty on fitting the locking ring I rang customer services and received anew lamp by over night carrier ,good product good service good company would use again without hesitation”

“Good service, good price, can't give you 5 stars as we do not understand why nearly every company we deal with needs a review for a service you have chosen to be in. Old fashioned service is what is needed by alot of company's, yes you dealt with my purchase correctly and thank you for that ! P.s. I suppose it does weedle out the scammers !! Which you obviously are not !”
