“Website easy to use and quick response time on the phone however I was not able to get my questions answered on the phone. One day delay on declared delivery date. Website description not quite reflective of the actual colour (shade is white and not creme) however picture closely reflective to actual colour”

“The payment phase of the web site was broken on Saturday. I tried later but the error remained. I forwarded the technical error to Lyco, but did not hear back re the error fix. Eventually left it till Tuesday to complete the purchase. .”

“disapppinting delivery experience. Day off work & no parcel. 3 days later a very tatter parcel turned up. I was promised a refund on the carriage. Surprise I am still waiting. Not the best experience when chasing up the delivery with customer support.”
