“Ordered 2 office strip lights, one arrived damaged and the other faulty, the first replacement was also damaged. Finally got 2 good ones but a bit of hassle getting there. Returns dept very helpful.”

“Product delivered within a reasonable timeframe but unable to track online. With second order could not even order online and had to make a telephone order for which I an still waiting. I had in all to make 3 telephone calls regarding late delivery and discovered product out of stock. On the third call I cancelled the order. Later I discovered that the three calls had cost me £8.06 as the Company use a 0843 number.”

Unfortunately periodically delays can occur in which case we send out emails advising the revised delivery dates and also containing a freephone number should customers wish to get in touch. This number is also shown on various other customer facing documentation. We can also be contacted via email, web message, Twitter and Facebook should those methods be preferred.
