“Placed the order based on an overnight delivery offer (cost £5.99).The first delivery promise was for delivery on Thursday this then changed to Friday. No delivery on Friday so I contacted Lycos and a very helpful lady established that there would be no delivery until Saturday. Received a text on Saturday that delivery would be between 12.45 and 13.45, the delivery actually turned up at 17.40. A very poor performance. Lycos should consider changing their carrier. The light was for my daughter who I was meeting on Saturday so the delivery was too late, she lives 120 miles away.”

“Found a product that I thought might have been obsolete but Lyco had it in stock. Delivery when they said it would be. The bulb was extremely well packaged and protected with air wrapping. Yes I would use them again.”
