“My order was taken for next day delivery. Whilst one part of it arrived as expected, the main items were wrongly directed and arrived a day later. it was only when I phoned that I was advised of the problem.”

Our carriers, DPD, notify customers by text and email of a hour delivery window. At this point customers have the opportunity to nominate a safe place for the package to be left, choose leave with a neighbour or collect from a DPD pick up shop. These options were available to you so it is puzzling why you did not avail of them thus negating the need for you to stay in. In addition these options are preferable to pushing fragile light bulbs through a letter box to drop on the floor and perhaps getting stood on inadvertently. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
