“Prompt service ... exactly what I wanted?”

“Delivery was quick and the product well protected. The odd thing was that it wasn't what I ordered - I ordered the older square edged Dimplex heater, but what I got was the new one (a more curved style) which wasn't particularly what I wanted, but it still does the job so not a real problem.”

I understand your disappointment that both times the tube arrived broken. We dispatch thousands of tubes of all sizes annually which arrive with our customers in first class condition therefore you seem to have been extremely unlucky that both yours arrived damaged. We would have been happy to send out another replacement however you chose the option of a refund which was processed immediately as per the price on our website. Our tubes, as with all our range, are priced very competitively. We endeavour to provide excellent customer service at all times and I am sorry on this occasion we do not appear to have resolved the matter to your satisfaction. “I am an existing customer of Lyco & I have always been more than sattisfied with the service I have received! The quality of the products are excellent & their delivery is always prompt - even on out-of-stock items where they are very accurate with their estimated re-stock. Previous communication with the staff on the phone has been very helpful & polite! Their website is very easy to navigate!! My first point of purchase for lighting would always be Lyco & I would recommend them to all.”
