“Although my order was slightly more expensive per box than my usual log supplier the way the logs were tightly packed more than compensated. The logs were perfectly cut to size to fit my Hobbit stove. The customer service was excellent and I will now be ordering my firewood from Love Logs.”

“Overall the logs are of good quality, size and burn well, however the recent boxes have contained an increase in smaller lightweight pieces. I have made Paul aware of this. Otherwise it would be a 5* from me. Delivery is always punctual”

“I've been extremely happy with Love Logs. The logs are of good quality and burn really well. I also really like the sustainability policy. Delivery is quick and the boxes they come in are easy to store. The company is very responsive to feedback on the odd occasion when there has been an issue. Customer service is friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Love Logs!”

“Redeemed themselves when a bunch of logs turned up mouldy. Without any request they apologised, sent over a replacement and all within 48 hours. Great customer service! And the oak burns lovely on my log burner.”

“Logs arrive on time, delivery guy always lifts them into my hall, box is heavy, I think the delivery guys should have a barrow to wheel them in as my house is not on a kerbside, there are a couple of paths to walk down. The logs are a good size and burn well and long”

“Deliver was prompt and the wood was exactly as described. I have ordered a 30kg oak box twice now to use for my offset smoker, and I get 2/3 full day cooks out of 1 box, plus a few extra for shorter ones. I will happily continue to use Love Logs.”

“Great quality logs and cold soking dust that both burnt well in their own ways. Smoked some excellent kippers with their oak dust and kept warm while eating them.”
