“Still waiting on the delivery of the third box from the order, only had 2/3 do far. Probably more a DHL problem than love logs”

Hi Doug, Please do reach out to us if ever you're struggling with a DPD issue, we're happy to help. I've had a look and I think in your case the firelighters were probably fit inside one of the other boxes, so the third label would have been thrown away? “I needed mini hardwood logs for my new Solo Stove Mesa XL and the manufacturer's website was quoting slow delivery. I then found Love Logs - speedy delivery at a fair price. The logs are fine and burn well; the firelighters appear ok, albeit slower to light than old school Zip firelighters”

“I LOVE “Love Logs”. The service is great, delivery well organised, log quality excellent! My only grumble with my recent delivery was the fact I received quite a few MUCH BIGGER logs than usual. I need SMALL logs only. Otherwise 9 out of 10.”

We do constantly review our pricing but as you can imagine, it costs a lot more be sustainable in our sourcing and packaging, while maintaining great quality wood and a fast delivery service, so we always prioritise doing things right over doing them cheap. “Very quick delivery, easy and clean packaging and logs. Good burn, only aesthetic upset is the square clean cut/no bark aspect if piled up. But only minor issue given they are there to burn. Image is of 5 boxes.”

“Finding and purchasing was easy - no problems encountered. Delivery was quick and the logs were well-packaged and seem to be nicely seasoned and dry. I haven't tried them yet, hence the 4 stars, rather than 5. As long as they do what they're supposed to, I'll be happy to use Love Logs again.”

“I bought a large box of pizza oven kindling and firefighters. Good communication, delivered as promised and great quality product. Very easy to deal with and would definitely use them again.”

“Very good and arrived promptly. Only reason for four stars is the wood was in larger cuts than expected and I’ve had better kiln dried wood - too much smoke.”

Hi Adam, Thanks for the review. We've tried countless couriers and DPD are genuinely the best of them all when it comes to delivery performance, which is why we stick with them - but I'm really sorry you aren't getting that service level. As you know, we have a complaint in with DPD, and we're waiting for them to update us about this issue and how they plan to avoid it moving forward. We appreciate your business! Paul
