“I strongly recommend this business. New to the BBQ world, I was wanting to improve my cooking flavours. I was amazed, as were my guests by the impact that high quality charcoal has on a cook. It was transformative, for example, to the flavour of sweetcorn. Ditto souvlaki chicken and vegetable skewers. I will, quite simply, never go back to supermarket charcoal again. It's like going from instant to 'real' coffee. Love Logs were prompt, communicated welland delivered on quality. I can't wait to try the impact of wood pellets on my slow-cooked brisket this weekend. Wow!!!! Thank you so much Jon, this is the type of review that makes it all worthwhile 😍 There are so many things about good charcoal that make a difference to your food - the complete carbonation, the single species woods used, the high temperatures you can reach - and I'm so glad you found it! The cherry and apple chunks are going to take you to a whole new level!!! I'd go for cherry with beef, apple may be a little too subtle. Thanks so much for your review! Paul

“I was planning the fIrst Barby of the spring and I opened the log box to find no fuel for my smoker. Went straight to Love Logs and they were here a couple of days later. Perfect for my smoker and also in the Big Green Egg (but don't them that!)”

“We’ve been using beech splits for our pizza oven for over two years now. We’re a pop up so it’s commercial use. Last summer the splits weren’t as chunky as they had been. Our feedback was really well received and we were compensated with a complimentary box. Over our off season the guys messaged to say supplier issues had been addressed. We’re delighted to see the original dimensions & quality restored with our first order of the season. Brilliant work from the team - it’s such a pleasure doing business with Love Logs!”

“Great quality and fast delivery Very easy-to-use website, and ordering was straightforward. My order was dispatched within 24 hours. It was split into two deliveries due to an issue with the charcoal, but the second part arrived just 24 hours later. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, which was excellent. The charcoal is a good size and lights very easily. I also bought apple wood and cherry wood—both were a mix of sizes, but all pieces were of good quality. The only downside was that the firelighters felt slightly damp, and many were broken into small pieces. Despite this, I’m still giving 5 stars. Overall, great quality products, fast delivery, and excellent communication.”
