“I strongly recommend this business. New to the BBQ world, I was wanting to improve my cooking flavours. I was amazed, as were my guests by the impact that high quality charcoal has on a cook. It was transformative, for example, to the flavour of sweetcorn. Ditto souvlaki chicken and vegetable skewers. I will, quite simply, never go back to supermarket charcoal again. It's like going from instant to 'real' coffee. Love Logs were prompt, communicated welland delivered on quality. I can't wait to try the impact of wood pellets on my slow-cooked brisket this weekend. Buy here - you'll be glad you did. Jonathan Wilson”

Wow!!!! Thank you so much Jon, this is the type of review that makes it all worthwhile 😍 There are so many things about good charcoal that make a difference to your food - the complete carbonation, the single species woods used, the high temperatures you can reach - and I'm so glad you found it! The cherry and apple chunks are going to take you to a whole new level!!! I'd go for cherry with beef, apple may be a little too subtle. Thanks so much for your review! Paul

“Easy ordering procedure, friendly and quick reply to a question and fantastic logs, ready cut small enough for the fire box of our Salamander cook stove. All that and overnight delivery by a super friendly courier! This was a perfect buying experience and we will be ordering again very soon. Thank you!”

“Very efficient and easy to order. This was my first time shopping with LoveLogs. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. I have a Salamander Hobbit stove and I was very happy to find a company who stock smaller cut logs to fit in smaller sized stoves. Would be happy to purchase from LoveLogs again when I need to restock🔥🪵👍”

“I had been using Traeger pellets on my Traeger 575 grill, and thought they were ok until I found Love Logs pellets. I was able to do a like for like cook (Cherry Blend) and found the Love Logs vastly superior. I had no issue at all with the feed through the device. They are a cleaner pellet and leave less ash residue, the smoke aroma to me is more natural, which reflects in nicer yet more subtle flavouring to the cooked food. Love Logs burn more economically and they are produced in the U.K, which saves on the carbon footprint. I recently ordered a fresh supply, which was delivered the following morning. Very impressed so, highly recommended!”

“Little Logs for Small Stoves - Perfect small logs for our small stove, at a great price. And super quick delivery too. Box of British Briquettes / Heat Logs - great product too.”

“The 5* rating is described as "Very good", which I'm not very happy about. Paul and Heather provide an exceptional service, with consistently dependable service and always supplying products if a high standard. We used to buy birch, but now only oak, always biscuit-dry and offering an intense heat. Impressive firelighters...they burn for a very long time to assist you when lighting the wood "top down", (I think they have a comparison video on the firelighters). It would be unthinkable to source my wood elsewhere!”

“We used our love-logs for the 1st time in our RB73 Log burner at the weekend up in Oban and was absolutely delighted with the result… They are by far the best logs that we have used since we bought the burner 3 years ago, The burn time is just so much longer than the Logs that we had been getting from B&Q, Can’t wait to try the Iberian charcoal next …!”

Hi Raymond, it was lovely to meet you guys at Glee, and to top it off with feedback like this is simply amazing! I promise you're going to love the charcoal... it can be a bit different when you compare it to lightweight lumpwood, but the efficiency is unreal 🔥 All the best, Paul

“The Iberian oak charcoal is superb. Long burning, lovely smokey burn adds nice flavour to bbq. I also bought the oak and cherry wood splits for my Offset smoker, which were also very good. Love Logs service is excellent and fast. Glad i found them.”

“Outstanding Product & Top-Tier Customer Support! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There were a few delivery hiccough on DPD’s end, but this was through no fault of Love Logs whatsoever. What really stood out was the incredible customer service from Heather. Even though it certainly wasn't expected, she went above and beyond by replying to my emails after hours to keep me completely in the loop with updates from DPD. That level of dedication and support is genuinely rare to find these days. As for the charcoal itself? Absolutely fantastic quality! As you can see in the photo, it comes in impressive, large lump chunks that seem to burn forever. Even after finishing my cook, I was able to shake out the ash and save around 30% of the remaining charcoal to reuse on my next cook. Highly impressive burn time and quality—I'll definitely be buying again!”

“Had the pleasure of meeting Paul at meetup festival, and ordered a bunch of pellets when I got home. Putting them next to the generic garden centre ones is night and day. Big woody aroma hits on opening the bag. I certainly plan on ordering more when my stash gets low.”

Ahhh, brilliant to meet you David and thanks so much for the review. It's rare to find a British product that as well as being better, and more sustainable, can also compete on price - how cool is that?? Appreciate the review, and hopefully see you out on the festival circuit next year! Happy cooking 🔥 Paul

“These are brilliant charcoal logs. They burn easily and last a long time. What a find. As they are UK - they are not sprayed with chemicals to protect when shipping so I believe they are healthier”

“Purchased a Somertset Asado Grill and made my first order for wood from LoveLogs. Fantastic!!, promt delivery, cut to perfection and package neatly to save storage. Website was easy to navigate with great recommendations for the type of BBQ/Gril cooking being undertaken. Great service, fantastically prepared logs, good value from now on my "go to" supplier.”
