“I've been buying logs and kindling from Love Logs for some time. The woodis always the best quality, and is usually delivered next day. When DPD unhelpfully delivered my logs to another address miles away Heather was straight onto it and had a replacement order out to me as soon as possible. You cannot get better customer service!”

“I was struggling to get the fire going during Storm Claudia, even though the logs I had were dry, i decided to try the new logs I had purchased from Love Logs. I had originally purchased them (on offer) to see if there was much of a difference between them and the normal bags of logs I get. There was no comparison, they lit immediately, burnt hot and long producing a lovely flame. So far every log has burnt well and appears much less of a lottery as to performance. Conclusion, they do exactly as advertised.”

“Everything I wanted to happen did ! I do not like the internet or online ordering BUT when all the local shops are dead, we all need to support the people who produce the " stuff '' that we either need or want to maintain our lifestyle, even online ! I am a serious game fisherman and when the only option is catch and kill I want to be able to turn my catch into a food that people really appreciate, to do that I need hard wood dust and if I can support a business along the way I will. I wish Love Logs a long and prosperous business. Thats it Alan Nb your web site does not work correctly, its letting you down, dont get a geek get someone who knows what the are doing.”

“I've been using love logs smoking dust for quite a while, they give the most consistent burn out of any I've tried over the last few years. Just done a 13 hour smoke of some salmon overnight.”

“Great company with brilliant sustainable logs. I have a Hobbit log burner and don't need logs that often but their small Hobbit bundle is brilliant. Communication is excellent and next day delivery fab. Will continue to use and recommend to anyone.”
