“This is the 3rd or 4th batch of wood I have had from Love Logs. The wood seems uniformaly wxcellent and I am thrilled to have finally found a supplier who doesn’t send their wood in plastic bags or nets. It comes in cardboard boxes. I may consider a subscription, which gets rid of the need for somewhere to store lots of wood… which is hard in smaller city homes! Very happy and will definitely keep using this excellent supplier.”

“I got a new log burner and couldn’t get a good fire going without 3 fire lighters and it was a hassle. The logs from Love Logs arrived quickly and are perfect for my medium log burner. Now one fire lighter and getting so much more heat. Plus love the ethos of the company. Definitely recommend.”

“Really love these guys - the fuel is great, imparts great flavour in the smoking and delivery is rapid. The whiskey cask staves are top drawer - pulled pork flavour profile was bangin’. Now just needs. A new smoker to match!”

“We have a small log burner and, let's face it, there's many places out there where you can buy wood. We searched for good suppliers, but weren't entirely convinced that we were having value for money. But then we came across Paul and Heather's "Love Logs". What a game changer! We started buying birch, the wood wasn't always bone dry and always delivered on time. We've since started using oak, giving an intense, long-lasting heat. Eco-friendly packaging, ensuring trees are planted for every order...amazing. It should be noted that I'm not skilled at making changes to an order, but contacting Paul and Heather via WhatsApp is a pleasure. Always personal and friendly, worth problems always resolved. By the way, you must try the firelighters! They last for ages! And all I know is, I'll not consider anyone else. Love Logs consistently gives me the quality that I demand at a competitive price. “The quality of the product is excellent but i think the performance of a company can sometimes be best tested by how they react to a problem. I placed an order on a specific timeline to ensure delivery coincided with the delivery a new BBQ and the arrival of guests and when we could be at the property. Love Logs kept up their end of the deal but sadly the couriers let us both down badly. However Heather at Love Logs stayed on it with constant communication with us and the couriers outside of normal working hours and into the weekend to resolve the issue. Customer service is a blend of quality product and consistent transparent communication whether there is good, bad or no news. Love Logs delivered on both and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a professional, friendly and reliable supplier”
