Just... WOW! Ooni ovens with a Love Logs rolling flame, match made in heaven. Bet your oven won't stay that shiny for long though ;) Enjoy!

“Love Logs have provided an excellent service every time I have ordered from them. I am unable to store logs in bulk and so their logs, kindling and natural fire-lighters are exactly what need, and are delivered (plastic-free) in quantities I have storage room for. I also love that new trees are planted not only for each delivery of logs, but also when I purchase their super-long matches!”

“***please read update below**** 1st delivery great. 2nd delivery unfortunately damp logs of which i presumed were probably stored in couriers warehouse with no humidity control. Received the logs quickly but thats no good when they're too damp to burn. Took 2 wks to dry properly. Not best pleased. **** Update.. since my review the company has since contacted me regarding my issues. They have totally redeemed my faith. I've had an extremely positive conversation regarding the issues and they've replaced the logs as a courtesy. The new batch I moisture tested with a meter on arrival (ends only) and found them to be well within spec. Coming out anywhere between 7 and 11% content. They burned straight away with no smouldering and I have to say I'll be a returning customer. They took the time to explain the process from cutting to storage and It was really positive to have them be so open about it. There's so many companies these days that just want to take your money and aren't bothered with the after service. Well Love Logs don't come into or anywhere near that category. I'd happily recommend and promote them with confidence. Many thanks james.”

Hi James, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I promise you we'll work with you to rectify this, it sounds like new surface water rather than wet wood which is highly unusual, and I agree must have happened in transit but I don't think in storage. In terms of our processes to reassure you: - We buy a new batch of dry firewood every two weeks and moisture test it to make sure it's under 20% moisture - We're a very small, newly started business (only two of us!) and we pack every single box ourselves, so we know the quality of each box and we would never allow a box with wet wood to leave our premises - Our couriers collect one day and ship the next so there's no time for moisture to be absorbed from the air, dry wood can only take on a couple of percentage points moisture over a period of months when stored, this is why people can use outdoor log stores Whatever the cause, your product didn't reach you in the condition either you or we expected, so I'll send you a private message and hopefully we can give you some peace of mind this isn't normal for us.

“First time using Love Logs and I've been very pleased with the wood chips for the pizza oven. The chips were in stock (which has been an issue with other places), very good value, free delivery and they arrived really quickly. They burn well and evenly and get the oven to over 500 degrees in quick time and although I feel they burn faster than Ooni's own brand (so I'm using more), the advantages are so great I'm a convert and will be ordering again.”
