“Fantastic quality logs, they burn cleanly, no spitting & a noticeable lack of smoke in the room compared to lesser quality logs. Added bonus is the environmental ethos of the company. The sustainability of the wood, the fact it is British, plastic free packaging & the planting of trees for every order. The logs arrive in cardboard which is easy to recycle. What’s not to love? Happy to buy quality logs and support an ethical small business. Well done guys =)”

“Can't fault the service. Wrong logs arrived but new box was dispatched immediately and received next day. Hobbit logs are perfect for small stoves. Will be ordering again.”

“Great to find a company selling products that aren’t shipped half way around the world or covered in plastic packaging. Very happy and impressed with the natural fire lighters, clean, no nasty smells or chemicals. So easy to light and soon have the kindling blazing. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back for more 👍🏻🌳. Thanks for the great service 😬”

“Having acquired an Ooni Pizza oven for my combined Birthday/Xmas present, I was keen to try it out (Whats wrong with Pizza on Boxing Day)! I had some hardwood logs, but these were procured from a local garden centre, and in large plastic bags! Nor were they easy to cut down into a size that would fit the Ooni! After some diligent searching for sustainable alternatives I came across love logs, and placed an order. I actually ordered logs meant for a log burner, and was very quickly contacted by Heather who resolved the issue, cancelled the incorrect order, and advised on what I should order. The whole process was sorted, via email, in 30 minutes. I received the correct order within a couple of days, and although the rain has precluded a repeat Pizza night, the firelighters and matches have already been put to use with our Coal fire, so will be looking to revisit for another order very soon. It is such a delight to see a British company that is working hard for both the environment and it's customers, and I would highly recommend a visit to their website. Well done to Heather and Paul”

“We bought a firewood package late last autumn for our outside fire pit. The logs are really great, nice even shapes and sizes make stacking the initial fire very easy. These are the least smokey logs we’ve ever bought, nice dry hardwood so a pleasure to sit outside in the evening around the fire.”

“I ordered online Love Logs Planet Friendly Fire lighters and was really happy with the whole process. Easy to navigate the website, fast delivery and just a great product. The firefighters are a really good size, hold together really well and I have my fire going in very little time. Perfect! I also ordered some long matches which have made the actual lighting of the fire lighters super easy as my grate is set back quite a way from the front of the fireplace. I will definitely be ordering from Love Logs again 👍😊.”
