“Great quality and fast delivery Very easy-to-use website, and ordering was straightforward. My order was dispatched within 24 hours. It was split into two deliveries due to an issue with the charcoal, but the second part arrived just 24 hours later. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, which was excellent. The charcoal is a good size and lights very easily. I also bought apple wood and cherry wood—both were a mix of sizes, but all pieces were of good quality. The only downside was that the firelighters felt slightly damp, and many were broken into small pieces. Despite this, I’m still giving 5 stars. Overall, great quality products, fast delivery, and excellent communication.”

“Love Logs burn perfectly, arrive super pronto, usually next day, and fit in my woodburner perfectly. The website is easy to use. I love their comms, and jokes! Any the tree planting obviously make total sense.”

“As always, ordering and receiveing the goods was straightforward and easy. Good quality logs in convenient sizes, just right for the stove and also our various fireplaces. Easy delivery by DHL, and the driver stacks the boxes on the trailer I leave ready so I can tow it round to our firewood store.”
