“I have been trying to place an order for 6 days you keep sending emails asking why not completed. You will not accep M&S credit card although M&S say there is no reason why you shouldn’t accept it”

“I ordered the Dakota sandals through Charles Clinkard which were unfortunately too big. No problem with the shoes or return procedure but I have been trying to obtain a smaller size without success. Both Lotus and Clinkard constantly advertising these shoes even when no sizes are available!”

“I ordered shoes for my mum, which unfortunately did not fit, there was no instructions with my delivery on how to return & receive a full refund. I have sent 2 emails & called lotus all with no success (no response) I am now having to post back to the address on my confirmation email in the hope I will receive a full refund. Fingers crossed! Due to the difficulty in trying to return the shoes I will not be using the online service again. Sandra Donnelly Glasgow”

“Lovely looking boots but sadly not true to size. I ordered a pair of size 6 boots as I am a size 6 in every single pair of shoes I own & have owned for years, sadly when the boots arrived they are more of size 5 as I can’t get my feet into them without squashing! Disappointingly they have now been returned :(”
