“I have always ordered my shoes from lotus and berm extremely pleased with the product and service but I am trying to return a couple of pairs of shoes and can’t get any response from either my emails or messages left on the phone. Hopefully I’ll hear something very soon”

“One pair I ordered was out of stock and I wasn’t informed. The shoes were delivered two days before I received an email saying they were to be dispatched that day, also with no indication that one pair was out of stock. I had to contact customer services to get refund. Nice shoes, shambolic delivery”

“Unfortunately I had to return the bag I ordered as they sent the wrong colour so I’m unable to give a good review. All I will say is that returning the item was easy and I received a refund without any problems”

“Unfortunately when my package arrived I have to say I was very disappointed. Not only were the shoes I ordered the wrong colour, they were also completely the wrong style :( All I could do was return them, I was not even able to speak to someone in order to get my order corrected! So, so dissatisfied and disappointed.”

“I found ordering shoes directly with Lotus to be a really simple process. I have returned 2 pairs and they were sent back to Lotus via Collect+. The Collect+ shop is very close by - so all in all effortless. I have kept one pair which is lovely. Thank you Lotus.”
