“I previously had purchased a pair of the Sycamore Lace-up Hiker boots & they have been so comfortable. I have worn that pair out & was so pleased to see they were still available. I have bought them in the 3 available colours. They were delivered very quickly (I am in Australia) & I am very happy with this purchase & the service I received. Thank-you !!!”

“My original delivery was disappointing as there was a fault with the shoes which were sent. However, the issue was dealt with extremely helpfully by a Customer Services Assistant and I was sent a replacement pair of shoes which I am very happy with indeed.”

“The boots I ordered were delivered very promptly and were well packaged so that they arrived in pristine condition. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit but the returns process was straightforward to arrange and access. I received an email telling me the returned item had been received and another when the refund had been processed. The refund (minus the postage, although the return is free) was received within the next few days. Prompt delivery and good communications.”
