“They were very nice shoes but I sent them back for a refund because they wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I have not received a refund as yet.”

“Having posted a negative review 5 days ago I must update to say that the missing items were not the fault of Lotus. They were ‘lost’ somewhere in the carriers warehouse. Lotus have replicated & delivered the order in just a few days.”

“Ordered online and arrived quickly within 2 days. Ankle boots were as described on the website and fit was true to size. Nicely wrapped and packed so arrived in perfect state.Very pleased.”

“Have yet to receive my goods. They are in some virtual space between lotus & the courier for over 7 days. Lotus say they are despatched to courier...courier tracking says they have not received them yet”

“The sandals were a great fit and extremely comfortable. Great service. Delivered the next day although I didn't pay for next day delivery. I would highly recommend Lotus shoes.”

“Well made good quality however too narrow for my foot.Dicided not to return because of self isolation.Would have been a better mule if leather was used as this would of stretched over time.Overall quality is there and customer relations is excellent considering the coronavirus.”

“I ordered a selection of shoes & bags in different colours because I was trying to match up wit a wedding outfit, which is an unusual colour, for my daughters wedding. Unfortunately none of them were suitable. The only one that was a perfect match, the Adora shoe in silver, was out of stock.”
