“Order arrived promptly. Matched wedding outfit very well. Unfortunately I have been unable to source the matching Lotus Honesty multi pewter clutch bag despite many enquiries all around the country. “I purchased white Lotus shoes for my wife. The service was excellent, however the white was cream that true white colour. There was no compliant as to the comfort and quality of the shoes. Just the colour tone. I returned them and without question a full refund was made. My wife will certainly order other items from Lotus”

“One pair of shoes was completely different colour to the photograph. Of the two pairs ordered, one fitted; one didn't. I didn't read the small print and you have to pay fir returns. I will not be buying shoes online from you again as I have wasted money, regardless of whether they were in the sale or not.”

“So comfortable. I brought them to wear to my daughters wedding. I wore them from 1pm till 1am didn't need to take off once while dancing, standing or walking think I even ran in them!!!”

“Lovely coral coloured sandels. Comfortable & good quality. . I liked them so much bought I the same style in beige & blue from Debenhams. I was annoyed I had to pay £4 postage to order them direct from Lotus, with no alternative of a collection point. Debenhams dont charge.”

“Arrived in very good time after ordering - extremely promptly! As usual, both pairs of shoes were lovely - good fit, good looks and very comfortable indeed! I have already worn both pairs (though not at the same time, of course!) and have received many admiring comments. Thank you again. I hope to be ordering again in the not-too-distant future.”
