“Very smart and comfortable, hardwearing shoes. I bought these to replace my black leather lotus shoes that are now 3 years old and the heels look scuffed as the have a leather coating. Am disappointed that for the price my new shoes aren't leather, but they are just a comfy.”

“I purchased a pair of boots that were in the sale. They are perfect what a bargain. I also bought a pair 2 years ago from you again in a sale I shall be having them heeled soon (as I did last autumn) otherwise they are still good to go, despite being worn every almost every day during the past two winters.”

“I can only comment on shows i have bought in tbe past. Which have always been fantastic. I had to returm this pair as they wrre too tight for me. But they were beautiful. I can however comment on customer service, the lady I spoke to on 'phone was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Thank you. Pam”

“I love kitten heel sling back shoes, so whilst searching for a pair of shoes for a wedding, I came across the kitten heels and ended up buying them.....plus a pair of pewter court shoes. Very Pleased indeed.”

“Having bought Lotus shoes previously in stores I was confident of the fit.......However when my order arrived I could not even fit the front of my foot into the shoe. Very disappointing, how could they fit previously but not now. My shoe size has not changed.”

“Disgraceful service from Lotus. Sandals arrived were supposed to be size 4 but were far too big. I emailed Lotus customer service a week ago and have had no response from them. So for the luxury of trying them at home it's cost me £4 and another £4 to send them back. My daughter is a size 5 she tried them on & they fitted her perfectly. I have bought Lotus shoes before but now will go elsewhere for my shoes and Sandals, so for the sake of what would have been a miserly amount to a large company you have now lost my custom for good.”
