“I have purchased six pairs of shoes all in a size 5 my correct shoe size, however I have had to return two pairs one pair being the Lotus Quill open toe which I could barely get my foot into and the other being the Lotus Flink Pewter and diamanté open toe which literally just kept slipping off at the heel. I loved all of the shoes but as you can appreciate I am not happy that at a cost to myself by having to return two pairs of shoes. I would appreciate this being looked into and a refund of my postage made, as I feel I have a valid reason not that I just changed my mind. I would appreciate your comments.”

“The shoes I bought were for my daughter's wedding and I also bought the matching bag. I returned the first (identical) pair because House of Fraser reduced them to half price, so I re-ordered and sent the first pair back. However, I was very disappointed that the second pair (Elodie) were not leather, whereas the first pair (Fascination) were - and they were sold out when I tried to order Fascination again. Nevertheless a nice shoe.”

“Not worn shoes yet bought for wedding in September. However I bought handbag to match.This was purchased at half price over £30.00 certainly not worth full price or even half price. This was bought on net had I seen this in shop I would have left it there.”

“Found a pair of orange shoes on-line that I wanted but unfortunately not in my size. Emailed to see if they had any size 6 in stock anywhere. Dealt with a gentleman called Glen Swindlehurst. Absolutely brilliant service from him. Found me pair in my size to save the day! Shoes came within a couple of days and fit like a glove. Well done to Glen, customer service second to none!!”
