“Literally the most comfortable shoes ever! I can’t wear heels anymore and I wore these for hours and didn’t want to get them off as they were so nice. Considering buying another pair for the future 🤣”

“I got these in the sale so they were half price, they are well made and good value, my only worry is if the strap loosens on the heel as theres no way to tighten it, so elastic would have been good. Overall happy and as described.”

“Very disappointed with service at Lotus shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes online and when delivered there were faulty so returned them. They have charged me £6.95 in delivery/return charges, please be warned. Will NEVER buy from them again.”

“I brought my lovely lotus navy heeled court shoes which arrived swiftly beautifully packaged I have only tried them on & worn them around the house at the moment thinking I would have to break them in but very quickly realised they don’t need to be as they are so comfortable & well cushioned inside they have been bought for my mother of the bride outfit for my daughters wedding in December so that will be the tester all day but I don’t think I have to worry very pleased with my purchase & thank you for your prompt service Mrs N J Ayres”

“The shoes were beautiful however a very small fitting if you have a wide instep . I am a eight and you don't manufacture in a 9 which is very short sighted of your company and would get more customers to buy from your company.”
