“Gorgeous shoes, unfortunately they were too big for me and not available in the size smaller. It was no hassle to find out the returns process and very easy to follow. Would still recommend the shoes as the buying and returns process was easy and the shoes were super comfy just too big.”

“Although the overall quality, design and fit of the shoes is good there is a very small mark on the front of one shoe. So not perfectly happy with them. As it is not too obvious and I ordered them to wear for a function with no time to return for an exchange I kept the shoes. But was slightly dissatisfied with Lotus.”

“I wore the shoes for the first time to a graduation and the right foot literally fell apart. I had to rush to the nearest town and buy another pair of shoes. I was absolutely horrified. Customer services were really good and are refunding my money but it doesn’t take away from the stress it caused”

“I purchased a pair of those Lotus Sandals in orange last year and they are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn; so I decided to purchase a pair in white and they do look the business. There are a pair with black wedge and animal print design and will be purchasing them when they have my size. I truly recommend them 100%”

“Beautiful coloured suede: I bought two pairs, green and pink and thry have been admired by friends. The styling is quite elegant and smart. I have had to put insoles in them as they come up a little large. I bought the green pair from another company with no delivery charge. However, as I always store my shoes in boxes, I am not impressed by the flimsy boxes they came in which, I imagine, will not wear well.”

“I ordered shoes and matching handbag which arrived safety after being delivered over the fence in the rain but both were well packed so no harm done. Sadly the colour was just off which made them clash rather than compliment the outfit so had to be sent back. I would use the service again, I just hope plastic bags are still used because of delivery methods - they would have been ruined if wrapped in paper bags and we can never rely on the weather!.”
