“I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Green Trento Open Toe Mule Sandals (Order LOT108951) but received the wrong colour (white). This was clearly a fulfilment mistake on their side. Because I live in Ireland and the item was delivered to the UK first due to high shipping costs, returning it now would require international shipping and additional fees. Despite explaining this, customer service refused to offer a reasonable solution or cover the return costs. Very poor customer service and no accountability for their own error. I would not recommend ordering from this company.”

“Originally ordered a size 7 (41) however, could barely get them on my feet so had to order a size 8! I had been worried the size 7 (41) might be too big as sometimes a size 7 is actually a 40. I was really unhappy as it was a major hassle swapping them and had to buy them from a different store. Lovely shoes, look great but be careful of the sizing!”

“I bought some lovely slippers but had to return them as they were too big - my usual size though. I paid for P&P and had to pay again to return them so decided it was too expensive to try another size so bought from elsewhere with free postage and returns.”

“Smart comfortable shoes. Lovely leather. They are a little bigger in size than expected however I Feel that the size down would be too small. Still a great court shoe that is hard to find on the high street these days. I would recommend.”
