“There, unfortunately, was an error when my order arrived but as soon as I informed lotus sales team a replacement came within a couple of days and there was no cost in returning the original goods. The staff were apologetic and I was ber happy with the goods I received in the end”

“I ordered the Cisano wedge sandals in taupe. I have slightly wide feet so hoped that given they had the elasticated sides they would fit. They do fit! They are so comfortable and I’ve had compliments of how nice they look and how comfortable they look. I’ve now ordered the same sandals but in blue.”

“I got these in the sale so they were half price, they are well made and good value, my only worry is if the strap loosens on the heel as theres no way to tighten it, so elastic would have been good. Overall happy and as described.”
