“Disappointed as I didn’t check first, I paid £3.95 postage then another £2.00 to return so it cost me £5.95 to try on a pair of sandals at home that didnt match a dress so I won’t be ordering from here again”

“I love Lotus sandals, but the latest one I had to send back because there was no adjustable ankle straps. I should have bought Lotus sandals from Next as you don't have to pay for sending and returns . For returns I had to print a QR code, but I don't have a printer!”

“I can be sure that the shoes will fit ! When I order , a lovely range of shoes and sandals, I have a black patent wedges which are probably 5 + years old , so smart , so comfortable, can we have some more please”

“Very misleading with your sizing. I'm a size 3 and when the shoes l ordered arrived they were 36 which is a 3.5 So sadly as a new customer l will not order any more shoes from yourselves. One very disappointed customer.”

“Lovely sandal. Really well made and a nice cushioned sole for comfort. Unfortunately I’ve had to return as they were tight fitting around my ankle. I have quite wide feet and probably needed a style with an adjustable ankle strap. Would recommend as they look beautiful on, just wrong style for me sadly.”

“The rating I have awarded is based on the fact we ordered a pair of size 5 trainers and very disapponting the box contaned 1 x size 4 shoe and 1 x 5 shoe. Would have expected better stadard of quality control!”

“Really not worth the money, this is the second pair of boots I’ve had (different styles) that are starting to fall apart at the heels. They were both lovely and very comfortable but sadly don’t last even with minimal wear. Customer service wasn’t interested in my complaint.”

“I wasn't sure what size I needed, or whether they would fit as I was unable to try them in a shop. However, guided by the brilliant staff in the shop, I went ahead and purchased the shoes online. The shoes are a brilliant fit, and the correct size. Now wearing them in before the big event next week.”

“Lovely Sandals but right one has tarnished black marks to the gold hardware, tried to re-order replacement but sold out on website. Also the box I received them in was bashed in and open at one end. This wouldn't have happened in the Post for the whole of one end to have come away, they were just sent out like that to me. I contacted Customer Service to inform them but they were not very helpful.”
