“The colour was just the shade of red I wanted & the boots weren't too expensive, nor was the heel too high.”

“The boots were not true to size. I am a size seven or sometimes seven and a half in a boot so I ordered a size 8 in these boots to be on the safe side. They were far too small. They were a lovely design and would have been perfect for me if they had fitted. I returned them but was unhappy that I was out of pocket in paying return postage for an item that isn’t true to size. I wouldn’t buy any Lotus footwear online again ... only Instore where I can try before I buy !!!!”

“Shoes came on time and were packaged well. Fit was good. Only downside was that they were not as coral as expected, more ‘pinky’ than ‘orangey’ but still matched the dress as distance between dress length and shoes meant it wasn’t that noticeable.”

“Lovely shoes, had a few pair now, just concerning as every invoice that comes with them it has double the price on which for a OAP is worrying, when I called to enquirie why this happens I’m told it’s a printing error. But this has been happening since 2006.”

“The shoes were stylish and comfortable trainer type shoes but the heels were worn through to holes in only 3 months. This is the second time this has happened. After the first time I vowed not to buy Lotus again however I did. Sadly no matter how stylish your shoes are I won't buy a 3rd time.”

“After having a foot injury I have not been able to wear heels for a while but I needed to finish off a wedding outfit with nice shoes and purchased Harper sandals in Pewter. I wore them throughout the celebrations they were very comfortable and complemented my outfit perfectly I will be taking them with me on a forthcoming cruise. I would recommend for a special occasion.”

“I bought the shoes on line to go with an outfit for my parents diamond wedding. I have bought Lotus boots, size 8's for years & they are great, so thought the shoes would be the same size & also be a great fit. Unfortunately they were tight, so not very comfortable. I only wore them for a family lunch & afternoon, but by the end the rubber heels had fallen off, only the metal screw bit remains! I was extremely disappointed by the fit & quality, not what I expected from lotus! I won't be buying any more shoes, I've learnt my lesson!”

“I had previously bought some shoes from Lotus (Naturalizer brand) and they were so comfortable I decided to buy another pair but they were no longer showing on the website as they were old stock. I emailed the Lotus customer service team who promptly advised that they still had the shoes in stock and, even better - they were half price! I was so delighted I purchased numerous pairs as the shoes are perfect for both work and 'going out' !! Customer service is second to none - I even received the order two days after my first email and free postage. Thank you Lotus - one very happy customer :-)”
