“I bought the floral print jacaranda shoe boots. They arrived safely the following day - very prompt & well packaged. The shoes are absolutely beautiful (the pictures don't do them justice) and, just as I would expect from Lotus, they are SO comfortable. I have worn them all day at work today and have had lots of compliments. Thank you so much. I am delighted”

“I tried on some trainers (Blue Multi Portelli Lace-up Trainers) in the north of England and size 7 was the right fit. Then I wanted to order them online down in the south, and they were sent to me in a size 7 box, but fitted like size 6. The actual shoes had no proof they were a size 7, so I assume they sent me the wrong size. On top of this I had to pay for delivery and return postage! Very disappointed by this mix up.”

“The shoes I bought turned out to be too wide and too small for the size given. They were obviously made in another Country as I am aware my size is 8.5 F fitting. Also I can get a size 8 G fitting too. The quality of the shoes looked good. I was disappointed!!!”

“My first pair of boots were faulty and got them changed over with no fuss. Glen on customer services was excellent, highly recommend. The boots are so soft in leather and really comfy, really pleased with them.”

“I love your shoes and customer service prior to and after my purchase has simply been wonderful also. Australian shoe sizes are quite different from uk sizes but your sales staff made it so simple with advice about shoe conversion charts which were accurate and reliable. Also, I received my purchases within a week which is a rather quick turnaround given that I live in the other side of the world! Well done and many thanks.”
