“Ordered 2 sizes 7 & 8 as size 7 was ok 2 years ago with same style but couldn’t get either on as leather was not as soft as last time. Because of the problem with the 2pairs of boots sadly I had to return them as they didn’t fit this time It cost me £13 recorded delivery as Lotus requested! Disgusting as I am a 75 year old pensioner & very disappointed at the company.”

“This is my second pair of the trouser shoe, navy, and black, so comfortable, I can wear the shoes dressed up or dressed down. Sadly my days of stiletto wearing are gone, so the heel is perfect for me.”

“Previous boots, same design, different colour so chose 2 sizes but couldn’t get either pair on! Sadly had to return but cost me, a pensioner £12.98 to return & as requested Recorded Delivery! Shall rethink Lotus purchases in the future!”
