“I have had Lotus sandals for many years. I find them very comfortable. I replaced 2 of the 3 pairs I have as after about 10 years I thought I would treat myself to other colours”

“Been trying to find leather (not suede) navy ankle boots for ages so was pleased when I saw these online. They are a very dark navy but at least they go with my blue outfits. My only slight gripe is that they are a tiny bit narrow across the front (and I have narrow feet to start with). Have kept them as they will probably stretch a bit.”

“I bought these boots to replace an identical pair I'd bought 3 years ago. I was so impressed with the original pair, wearing them nearly every day for general wear and for long walks. They were so comfortable and I am still just about wearing them. Having bought this new pair same size same style I just put them aside waiting for the time I'd wear them. Imagine my disappointment when putting them on they were nowhere near the same quality or the wide fit as my previous pair. I have paid a lot of money to have them sitting upstairs unworn. I feel unable to return them as I have had them for over a month now. and because I had so much faith in them I disposed of the wrapping. I am so disappointed.”

“Dealt with order quickly, unfortunately did not meet delivery, however responded to enquiry as to what had happened very well and sent a second pair, first pair arrived late evening but a day late, second pair arrived as agreed, returned by same courier, shoes very comfortable and look good.”
