“Very smart, stylish, and comfortable shoes. 1st time wearing I had them on all day and were so comfortable. .Bought to wear all day shopping and city sightseeing and casual wear for evening Perfect for this”

“I was in need of some knee high chocolate brown boots. I searched so many of my “normal” websites either the boots were sold out , didn’t have my size or were way above what I wanted to pay. I then saw a link to Lotus shoes / boots and there on the website my dreams came true ! I got exactly what I wanted , right colour, right size , right price it was meant to be ! I ordered my boots and when they came I was really pleased great style, comfort and fit . Tell you what from now on I’m starting with Lotus website and all my “normal” links are way back in the queue . Thank you Lotus I’m one happy customer”

“My order came very quick,and I love the boots, but I thought I had ordered two pairs one of each colour, but by the time my email was answered telling me they could send me another pair the boots , the price had gone up , so I asked, if they sent me another pair would they be at the same price I had paid ,since then no reply at all , a little disappointed .”

“I ordered boots for a gift, told it was a 2-3 day delivery, despite 2 contacts still no delivery, tried to phone, answer phone with no introduction as to who I had called, there is no customer service and would not use them again”

“The speed of delivery was excellent and the shoes look very good. I hope they will be alright as I have great difficulty buying shoes as I need an EE fitting and can rarely find it, especially in the styles I like. There was the option to return them and the process looked straight forward enough.”

“The order arrived promptly - then all went downhill. The shoes ordered were size 9.5, and the box was labelled thus. The shoes however were labelled 8.5. A check n the size by putting feet in showed that the true size was probably about 9. The manufacture was careless, and unsatisfactory. Items returned for refund.”
