“Ever since the footwear industry re-sized to conform to EU standards, and most manufacturing was offshored to the far east, I have struggled to find shoes that fit. My feet are broad across the toes, but slim and narrow at the heel, and most shoes that are the right length, flop around on my feet. Many also pinch my toes, and press hard on the top of my foot. Lotus seem to be still using the old British standard of shoe last, that suits my feet, and although re-sized to EU40 and called a UK6 (actually about 6-1/5) they fit me better than anyone else's shoes.”

“Unfortunately the shoes I ordered weren’ a comfortable fit for me and I had to return them. This is probably down to my feet rather than the shoe”

“I love Lotus Boots, especially the range, such as ankle, mid calf etc. I am only 5ft so the mid calf boots are great for me. All the boots i have purchased over the years have been excellent value for money and so comfortable. Especially great if you buy in the sale. I still have my first pair which i bought 8 years ago, give them a polish every now and then and they still look like new. Would definitely recommend Lotus.”

“I have worn Lotus boots for years and they have always been very durable and comfortable. I was very disappointed with my latest purchase of 2 pairs of ankle boots. One pair fitted perfectly as expected but I could barely fit my feet in to the second pair. I loved the boots but couldn’t even walk in them as they were so tight. To order 2 pairs of boots as a size 6 but find one was more like a size 5 was very disappointing and on top of that I had to pay to return the boots. Not happy.”

“Boots arrived (2pairs) loved them, but one was a bit too tight around calves. Had to return them which cost me another £7 . Would be really good if returns were free.”

“Lotus boots are the most comfy I have ever had I bought navy ones wore them all day & night to Glasgow no sore feet next day so I also bought them in black love them look good 2”
