“Delivery time was not accurate. One shoe is used as for shelf, Lot of wrinkles on it. All other 5 pairs are fine and good packed. I am huge fan of brand but not satisfied with shipping.”

“I really like the shoes,but the colour is coming off,which is disappointing. Shoes are very comfortable and if the colour isn't coming off,I would think it's perfect.”

“Had to return as I couldn't get into my normal size 5 having paid £3.95 for postage it stated in the notes that a £2.00 reduction would be taken for the return of a refund. That's £5.95 for the privilege of trying a very small size 5 on. The style was nice and I would have felt smart in them but I didn't want to re-order due to the postage charges Wouldn't buy on line again”

“The shoes are lovely and the delivery was perfect but I had ordered the wrong colour and I called customer services three times in office hours, only ever got the answer machine, no one called me back, emailed three times, no one responded so I couldnt change my order once made and now have a pair of shoes in the wrong colour which yes was my fault but im dissapointed no one responded to me.”

“Delivery was very quick and the shoes were well-packaged. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 pairs of shoes as one pair was generally too big all over and one pair was too wide. I kept a third pair of sandals although for a D-fitting they were also slightly too wide.”

“Not happy with the quality . The slippers have feathers on and one on the feathers shows the stalk of it - which looks odd and the other slipper some of the feathers have a tint of a light colour and not black as they should be . Unfortunately I’m not well at the moment after being in hospital so unable to return them . The last slippers I bought from you were perfect”

“I bought one pair of shoes, 1 pair of trainers, 1 pair of boots, the boots and the trainers were too small the shoes are I managed to stretch the shoes a bit. They were all just a little bit too small, not quite a 1/2 size too small but it means I can't wear them they're uncomfortable. Excellent shoes in every other respect but just that bit too small I am a size 8, have been a size 8 all my adult life but they are cut just that little bit too small really disappointed as I really love what I bought and now have to return them.”
