“Returned as far too narrow.”

“I have purchased these sandals in the past and they were an ideal fit. They were sold previously as style “Loretta” Unfortunately the style “missippi” didn’t suit, as they were too roomy. This was disappointing. I thought that they would be the same fit. My usual fitting is D/ E. I am going to return them, which is a shame.”

“I have bought from Lotus in the past and beeh very pleased with the customer service and the quick delivery. Unfortunately I had to return my last purchase due to the tight fit of the sandal I had bought, but I would definitely buy from Lotus again. The customer sercice team are very helpful.”

“I love the style of the shoes and they looked great but unfortunately I could do them up. The fit of the shoe itself was fine but the ankle strap was very short and, as it wasn't leather, there was no 'give'. I am returning the shoes with regret.”

“Slippers are good quality, but I thought delivery to Ireland was very expensive, as I also had to pay customs fees, so the best part of €100 for two pairs of slippers.”

“I returned the shoes as they were too big for my narrow feet. Disappointing as the shoes looked to be very comfortable. It would have been better if a list of stockists were available to visit in order to try shoes before purchase. Otherwise, service very good.”

“Lovely boots but sizing is def off. I’m normally a size 6 but these feel smaller than normal and I’ve bought lotus before. I’d say a 7 would be too big so be careful with what size you go for”

“Quick delivery. Ordered same pair of boots in tan and black, very well made, but was disappointed the tan colour was a lot darker than the picture shown on the website.”

“Slippers are a gift so can’t comment really except the box states they are navy but actually the slippers are dark red! Hopefully she will like red or I will have to return.”
