“I haven't worn them yet, they look lovely but are very slim fit so I don't know whether I will be keeping them . I think perhaps you ought to state that they are slim fit.”

“Shoes were big for me. Contacted customer service, even tried calling a couple of times no one picks up left a message and still no call back. I have now returned all the shoes and waiting on what happens next. I opened a return for 3 shoes by mistake instead of 4. But I have returned all 4.”

“I loved the boots, sadly they broke on the first wear. It was only minor but I returned incase more was to break in the future. For some reason I only got a partial refund until queried (then they were quick to resolve) so watch out for that as the amount wasn't even just postage. Sadly won't be ordering again.”

“I was disappointed with the Cambridge loafer shoes as they were far too tight all round. I’m a true size 6 but these were far too small. That said, the style and quality was lovely.”

“Service from when ordering to receiving excellent. Sizing of the boots very poor. I'm a size 41.5 so went for a size 42, very small. Such a shame as I really liked the boots.”

“Trainers arrived well boxed but unfortunately the stitching was coming away from the leather therefore leaving a hole beside the zip... I've returned them now awaiting for a refund. Quite disappointing... Things happen so hope to order at another time...”

“I’ve had lotus shoes before and I love the cross over strap with Zip heel.. I would more likely buy your shoes more often if you did the standard 5.5 size as that’s the average woman size if you want to check with M&S .. and also go for a 3/4 inch heel too not all of us can walk in 6ins heels so to cater for all ages would probably make you more popular”

“Well the delivery was fine, but the sandals I ordered were too big , so I sent them back. I've tried to contact them twice by phone, no answer, twice by email, no answer, and I still don't know if they've received my return. Not sure what to do from here.”

“I purchased these trainers in a size 5 but when I opened the box I could see they were small fitting I checked the size on the trainers and it did have size 5 on them but I couldn’t get the trainers on they were far to tight so returned the goods. I have had several shoes from Lotus all size 5 and never had any problem until now”
