“Trainers arrived well boxed but unfortunately the stitching was coming away from the leather therefore leaving a hole beside the zip... I've returned them now awaiting for a refund. Quite disappointing... Things happen so hope to order at another time...”

“I’ve had lotus shoes before and I love the cross over strap with Zip heel.. I would more likely buy your shoes more often if you did the standard 5.5 size as that’s the average woman size if you want to check with M&S .. and also go for a 3/4 inch heel too not all of us can walk in 6ins heels so to cater for all ages would probably make you more popular”

“Well the delivery was fine, but the sandals I ordered were too big , so I sent them back. I've tried to contact them twice by phone, no answer, twice by email, no answer, and I still don't know if they've received my return. Not sure what to do from here.”

“I purchased these trainers in a size 5 but when I opened the box I could see they were small fitting I checked the size on the trainers and it did have size 5 on them but I couldn’t get the trainers on they were far to tight so returned the goods. I have had several shoes from Lotus all size 5 and never had any problem until now”

“Ordered a size 37 which is a 4 but they really are a very loose fit. So not true to size. Very disappointed and I wore them around the house so too late to send back.”

“Sadly the backs are soft so a shoe horn is still needed as I expected a firmer back for a slip on.”

“I have returned thse shoes. Sadly, although long enough, they are very narrow at the toe and squeezed my toes into a very uncofortable shape. I bought the mathcing bag as well but that wa a rather disappointing quality. Both been returned.”

“I love Lotus sandals, but the latest one I had to send back because there was no adjustable ankle straps. I should have bought Lotus sandals from Next as you don't have to pay for sending and returns . For returns I had to print a QR code, but I don't have a printer!”

“These shoes are beautiful. The negative is that they are very large for the size ordered. I am always a size 4 so ordered size 4. I put them on, loved them then jumped in car to go shopping. On walking to the shops they started slopping so badly that I couldn't walk properly. I went to nearest shop and bought insoles and scissors. I cut the insoles to size 4 and they didn't even touch the sides and shoes still slopped. Cut the second pair of insoles to size 6 and they fitted but shoes still slopped. Managed to limp around to finish shopping. As I had cut label off and worn I could not return them. I had to order some thick heel grips which have helped but what a lot of fuss to wear these shoes. Disappointed as I have bought many Lotus shoes, size 4, with no issues. Not sure if sizing is out on these or they are incorrectly labelled '4'.”

“Your returns policy is not so easy to follow as other stockists of your shoes and also costs where others are free To make returning items it would be easier if you could send a qr code so a label could be printed at the post office”

“Very disappointed. Bought the boots for a special occasion. Wore them for one evening and decorative zip broke. Was told I’d be charged £2 for using their return system even though the boots were faulty. Not had refund yet.”

“I brought the "Rush" shoe. Lovely shoe, well made, good quality. But.....small.....like really really small. I had to check and triple check I had been sent the right size. I am a very standard size 7 with regular width. This shoe was so small, I felt like Cinderella. I wanted it to fit, but I think it was at least 1 size too small, and maybe 2. I am disappointed, because I really liked them.”

“Delivered promptly and purchase was well packed. Nice style, good fit, very disappointed in the colour. Marketing picture shows boots a pale grey thats why i bought them, but they are a dark grey marl.”
