The shoes are lovely and the delivery was perfect but I had ordered the wrong colour and I called customer services three times in office hours, only ever got the answer machine, no one called me back, emailed three times, no one responded so I couldnt change my order once made and now have a pair of shoes in the wrong colour which yes was my fault but im dissapointed no one responded to me.
