“These wedge trainers are very nice they look quite smart . They can be dressed up or down . I chose the blue colours to match with Denims. They are comfy but if you have a wider foot I would suggest sizing up as they aren't very wide.. I would buy again in another colour but I'd get the bigger size next time. They arrived quickly once ordered . Nicely boxed .”

“Unfortunately, the shoes were far too narrow for my feet and a very small size 6. I don't normally buy wide fit shoes. Otherwise, they loooed well made and elegant.”

“Wrong size sent. Correct size on box, incorrect shoes inside. Returns process difficult, as it wouldn't accept my address. I won't be surprised if I'm charged £3 return fee, which I shouldn't be.”

“The shoes and matching bag i ordered were of good quality, they were just not right to go with an outfit for a wedding. The 2 issues I had were due to Royal Mail. I ordered on Thursday by 11am and paid for Next Day Delivery, parcel did not arrive until the Saturday. The return part with Lotus was easy but a nightmare with Royal Mail, every time I put my address in, it would take it out and it was a field that required to be filled. Left it till the next day tried again on lap top and my phone, after another 3 attempts it did take me onto the next part and it sent me the qr code.”

“On this occasion I am sorry I had to mark down because I love the product. I have ordered twice before so ordered my usual size but when they arrived they were too small. So I ended up paying for them to be delivered and then another £3 to return them because they were smaller than the other shoes I have ordered from them”

“Lovely shoes. It is a pity the heel caps are made of plastic as they are hard and noisy when I walk. I am having them changed to rubber caps before I use them.”

“I always take the size 7 for my shoes and it is perfect but my lotus blue ankle boots are more like a 7 1/2 ! Also the left shoe is more spacious than the right one inside and it slightly shows on the outside as welll.”
