“Delivery good. Had to return as not a true size 7. More like a 6 and very narrow. Unlike other lotus shoes I have purchased. Also had problem using the returns system. Had to pay for post office return in the end. Sadly after this experience I won’t be ordering again in future.”

“Shoes bought in the sale so small I’m now reluctant to buy again as the sizes must have changed , size 4 fits me everywhere else but not with yours now so no point taking the risk , and had no reply from your company sadly .”

“I an new to the Lotus brand and I love Lotus shoes..I have now purchased 4 pair and a pair of slippers.. I am a size 2 and the size 3 fits perfectly.. love the heel size and can walk and dance in them for a long time..so comfy and great quality”
