“Beautiful sandals which unfortunately had to be returned as did not fit. Great website and plenty of choice, hope to use again soon, thank you.”

“I love Lotus shoes but I do not enjoy the online shopping experience. It costs £3.95 delivery. The sandals I ordered recently were sadly too big and I've had to return them which cost another £3.00 (deducted by Lotus on return). If I choose to order the smaller size it will cost another £3.95 delivery. I do think there should be some consideration of a Lotus exchange policy. I will not be ordering anymore online.”

“These shoes are very elegant and matched with a lot of my outfits. They arrived as described, well packaged and very quickly soon after order. l have given these shoes a 5 star review as there was nothing wrong with them, although disappointingly l had to send them back as they were a little bit too big for me. I also received my refund very quickly so l am very pleased with the service.”

“These slippers are so comfy. It's like walking on air. They look great and have a really good rubber sole for if you have to nip out to the bin etc. I love them so much that I've ordered another pair, in case they get discontinued when they wear out! They're made in Spain, which makes a nice change too.”
