“Absolutely dumbfounded and angry. Package had been opened and a pair of shoes removed. Have been told that this has happened before with their couriers (ie Hermes!!) - forget that I am missing an item and it had my personal details in the package. Parcel was folded over so receptionist at work who signed could not tell it had been tampered with. Person at Lotus was helpful, but this is very poor.”

“Shoes arrived the next day even though I only paid standard delivery.one pair was returned and a refund issued promptly.The black pair were really comfortable and a nice heel height,good price as they were in the sale.Havent worn them yet as brought for an upcoming cruise.Overall a good experience”

“Delivering was quick but found the size 3 shoes I ordered were just to big even if I were to put a sock in them. That said I have this trouble with sizing 3 almost everywhere.”

“For Christmas I purchased three pairs of boots from Lotus and they were all so comfortable I bought a pair of navy patented shoes. I am very happy with my purchase and will soon be getting the same but in black. They are true to size and I will always recommend to friends. They were also very quick to arrive.”

“Good service and fast delivery. Quality of Lotus shoes very good. Bought pair of boots, going out shoes, pair of work shoes and some Lotus relief comfy walking shoes in the sales, set up for spring now. All very comfortable and very rarely buy shoes from anywhere else now.”

“The shoes are for my 99 year old mum, she loves them. The quality is outstanding, so much so we ordered another pair in a different colour.. Service was excellent and the shoes beautifully packaged. Very happy with the purchase!”

“Lovely boots at a great price. Love that they are fluffy lined right through, even on the insoles and are, therefore, lovely and warm. Great tread on them so will be perfect in frosty, snowy weather. Do, however, run slightly big for me at a size 5. Solved that with an extra pair of socks which make them even more cozy. Ordered one afternoon and came the following morning. Great service, lovely boots and all at a great price. What’s not to love?”

“Bought a pair of shoes from Lotus because I was so pleased with a previous pair of similar design from them. Delivery was prompt and the shoes are just as shown and fit perfectly. They are ideal for my Lindy Hop dancing and have been much admired.”
