“I bought these boots many years ago and they were a perfect fit. Unfortunately the new ones are baggy round the ankles and look dreadful and they are being returned.”

“Boots were fine but paid for a next day delivery and ended up waiting 3 working days I did get a refund on my delivery charge Not sure if it was lotus or Hermes who let me down”

“Having bought a pair of patsy lotus shoes I was thrilled to find that you also did them in wine & navy so I ordered both colours only to be disappointed that the stock hadn't been updated & both colours were unavailable.”

“Shoes are disappointing because they are so narrow. I tried them on in a shop aqnd thought the 6 would be perfect. However, not so. They are very tight and although supposed to be 'true to size' they are not.”

“Dear Lotus, on Dec 30th 2019 I purchased two pair of Boots from you, One pair is fine but the other pair the mid calf boots one of them was defective... I wrote you on Dec 31st.. got a reply that my complaint was being sent to the QA and have NOT heard a thing since... I sent a reminder yesterday on the 6th January...????”

“Lovely shoes but small for a size 6. I stretched them with spray and as they are suede I know they will stretch a bit more. I am a 5 1/2. But overall pretty shoes and fast delivery.”
