“The sandals were lovely however, they were not wide enough, If they were available in EE or EEE fit then they would be perfect and I would certainly purchase several pairs”

“I have always loved Lotus Shoes for their style, range and perfect fit. So sad when my local stockist closed down. However, I needed some special shoes in a hurry so went to the Lotus Shoes on line site and found the perfect pair - and in the sale! Absolutely delighted, thank you.”

“Bought 2 pairs of shoes, one pair from a shoe shop and one pair on line. Couldn’t fault the shoes, the ones ordered on line came very quickly and were half price. Would definitely order again.”

“I have given !otus shoes 2 star for their recent service. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, my money was taken , paid for next day delivery only to be told that the pair of shoes that I really wanted out of the two I ordered were out of stock and there had been an error. I had to send boots back due to poor manufacturing too before this. I love lotus shoes and would have given a 5 star review but for these issues. Unfortunately I have lost all faith in the customer service and unsubscribed to their website.”

“Colour and heel are perfect for my outfit (Christening) Correct size but heel slips a little so bought heel grips, still not perfect but acceptable. I think they may be a little wider than the norm.”
