“Lovely shoes, however if you have a high instep the straps across are tight and difficult to fasten in first hole. I managed but a struggle, hoping the leather will ease when wearing as so nice.”

“I purchased a lovely pair of shoes from Lotus but when they arrived they didn`t match the item that I wanted to wear them with. The returns process was easy and I have received a refund with no problems. I will order from them again”

“I ordered shoes and handbag for my daughters wedding. They came really quickly (although don’t pay the extra money for next day as that didn’t happen) and are beautiful. I am delighted with my purchases and highly recommend Lotus”

“Brought £50 pair sandals this July. I liked the style and comfortable fit. However after wearing on 4 occasions, to my mums funeral, to the theatre & concert then small garden party. The very thin sole near the toes became so worn away that the leather toe area became scuffed. The sole is far too thin & heel is plastic so probably will not last long. Nice sandals but sole & heel cheap material. If I hadn’t liked the sandals I would have returned. I have taken them to shoe repairers who confirmed sole & heel poor quality. This is first time I have purchased Lotus shoes and although I like the styles I will not purchase again or recommend, shoes should last more than a few outings even cheap shoes which mine were not. Very disappointed.”

“Initially my order (dispatched through Hermes) did not arrive but a phone call quickly resolved this and they arrived by DPD the next day. Sadly although I liked them very much they were not comfortable on me and I noticed in any case that one had a gold buckle and the other a silver so they were not a proper pair. The return system was excellent and very easy to do.”
