“Sandals were nice designs, l’m a 5.5 sized foot and sized up to a 6 as no half sizes, size 6 was very big. Prepaid bar code was unreadable because it had been printed out from a low ink cartridge! So l paid to post the shoes back, not too pleased about that. Was going to reorder but size 5 sold out.”

“Ordered my shoes 2/12 still awaiting delivery. Emailed twice to lotus no reply. Rang twice but closed in both occasions even though they were within their specified opening hours. Paid a lot of money and not yet had anything for it or anyone to help me Would never order again and not sure how or if I will get the shoes or my money back!! Jill Allen”

“Love the style and colour of boots I purchased but unfortunately they felt too tight length wise and sent them back. I will reorder same boots one size bigger when I get refund.”

“Beautiful shoes! I have a reasonably wide feet due to bunions, but the shoes were a nice fit considering they are standard width. Was able to source matching bag from elsewhere, as currently not in stock. Delighted with purchase for my daughters wedding.”

“Trainers are lovely but too big. Tried to exchange for a smaller size following the procedure on the Delivery Note but my calls and email were not answered. Hence, I’ve returned them and am awaiting a refund.”
