“Very disappointed with customer services at Lotus. After placing an order and receiving email confirmation of said order I realised I’d ordered navy instead of black. I began ringing CS within 3 minutes of placing the order. I tried countless times without speaking to anyone so tried emailing to rectify the problem but nothing. I then received an email saying my order had been processed!! I paid p&p plus £3 will be deducted from the refund which is very annoying especially when on the website it states there is 24 hours to amend before processing.”

“I just purchased theses shoes and bag for my daughters wedding. I haven't worn them yet but they feel very comfortable and match my dress and hat perfectly. Delivery was quick and secure”

“The boots were on sale and as I had previously purchased a previous pair I took the opportunity to purchase another pair. The boots are so comfortable and as with some boots no need to 'break them in'”
