“I ordered three pairs of ankle boots they are a perfect fit and very stylish The price is more than I would normally spend but they are the only style I can wear The only thing I have found is the toes wear thin and are not repairable I have had occasion to return an item and it is not made clear about the return fee Apart from that I am very pleased with my purchase and will buy again Thank you Lotus”

“I saw these sandals in a magazine and lo ed the colour.ordering was simple and delivery swift.However the ankle strap was very short and I couldn't buckle them up.i do not have fat ankles.so disappointing.”

“As I am a UK size 6.5 1 ordered 2 pairs of the Bertie loafers in sizes 6 and 7. The quality of the leather and workmanship is excellent and they were a bargain when the 20% Bank Holiday discount was used. With regret I had to return both pairs as the size 7 was too narrow for me and therefore the size 6 too small altogether.”

“Received quickly but a size 5 was more like a size 51/2 so had to return even though I bought some insoles but was still too big , unfortunately wasted money on postage and returns fee which seems unfair when not my fault”

“I bought these for my holiday as I wanted comfortable sandals which also looked good and not to bulky. These fit the bill perfectly. They are so comfortable and have just the right amount of glitz to elevate my outfits. They are not completely flat, having a good supportive sole and soft spongy footbed which molds to the contours of your foot.”
