“quick delivery. Wasn't impressed with the box (I know its not about the packaging, its about the product), it was rather bashed and the paper inside was tattered and torn. Didn't look like good for a premium product. Don't like having to pay for returns. For this reason I've only given a four star review.”

“The shoes were just what I wanted but found they were too narrow in the width of the shoe so had to return them and get a refund.”

“I have been very disappointed with my purchase this time. I ordered 3 pairs of boots in the sale, 1 pair were not in stock and were credited. 2 pairs arrived, 1 were as ordered and the other was nothing like the picture on the box or on the website. I contacted customer services last week and have not had a reply yet”
