“Bought a pair of Elisena shoes costing £69.99. The shoes were faulty and made a clicking sound on one of the heels where the rubber pad is which is loud when walking. Lotus refunded the shoes however also deducted the return costs from my refund which I am not happy about as the shoes were at fault ! I have sent two emails to date asking for a refund of the return costs but have not received a reply. Would not recommend !”

“Not happy with the quality . The slippers have feathers on and one on the feathers shows the stalk of it - which looks odd and the other slipper some of the feathers have a tint of a light colour and not black as they should be . Unfortunately I’m not well at the moment after being in hospital so unable to return them . The last slippers I bought from you were perfect”
