“The block heel boots as soon as I opened them looked small for a size 5. I have returned them 1st class yesterday at the PO. I have kept the other pair I ordered as they fit well.”

“I purchased my first pair of “Saundra ” boots last year and love them Lovely well made boots, excellent value and haven’t stopped wearing them. So couldn’t resist buying another pair plus “ “ Myrtle”boots in the sale.great price I ordered size 37 which was a comfortable fit.”

“I've purchased the boots and chose the size I normally wear. When they've arrived they were too small. I understand that shoes can fit differently, however, having to pay for the delivery and pay to return the shoes feels a bit like a scam. If they can't be bothered having shops and they make customers pay for it.”

“I’ve been wearing trainers for the last 3 years since having a total knee replacement. These are the first pair of shoes/boots that I’ve found that are comfortable. They are supportive but soft to wear, the height and wedged heel are perfect for me. I’m so happy I’ve found your brand.”

“Loved these boots, but there is a huge problem with the stitching at the heel. The stitching presses on the back of the boot, making them too uncomfortable to wear. .Such a shame as the style is so good. Had to return them.”
