Bought mine in a shop on holiday so i could not take them back i only had them on a few times and the sole has split on both shoes from side to side.

I bought these boots to replace an identical pair I'd bought 3 years ago. I was so impressed with the original pair, wearing them nearly every day for general wear and for long walks. They were so comfortable and I am still just about wearing them. Having bought this new pair same size same style I just put them aside waiting for the time I'd wear them. Imagine my disappointment when putting them on they were nowhere near the same quality or the wide fit as my previous pair. I have paid a lot of money to have them sitting upstairs unworn. I feel unable to return them as I have had them for over a month now. and because I had so much faith in them I disposed of the wrapping. I am so disappointed.

Ordered 2 sizes 7 & 8 as size 7 was ok 2 years ago with same style but couldn’t get either on as leather was not as soft as last time. Because of the problem with the 2pairs of boots sadly I had to return them as they didn’t fit this time It cost me £13 recorded delivery as Lotus requested! Disgusting as I am a 75 year old pensioner & very disappointed at the company.

Previous boots, same design, different colour so chose 2 sizes but couldn’t get either pair on! Sadly had to return but cost me, a pensioner £12.98 to return & as requested Recorded Delivery! Shall rethink Lotus purchases in the future!

Shoes were far too big, definitely not a size 4. I emailed your customer service and they never ever bothered to reply to me. Very disappointed as I like Lotus shoes but because of the bad experience I shall never buy lotus shoes again. I have also requested that you do not keep sending me news via email as I am really not interested now. I've ended up with a pair of sandals that I cannot wear and I to expect me to return them and charge me is disgusting. The fact that I had already paid around £4 to have the shoes sent to me in the first place and then to have to pay another £4 to return them would have meant that I paid £8 just for the privilege of trying these on at home.

Disgraceful service from Lotus. Sandals arrived were supposed to be size 4 but were far too big. I emailed Lotus customer service a week ago and have had no response from them. So for the luxury of trying them at home it's cost me £4 and another £4 to send them back. My daughter is a size 5 she tried them on & they fitted her perfectly. I have bought Lotus shoes before but now will go elsewhere for my shoes and Sandals, so for the sake of what would have been a miserly amount to a large company you have now lost my custom for good.

Had to pay to send back, very bad otherwise I would have ordered the next size up. But not paying for delivery as well as returning items .

Ordered size 8 slippers as I have done before. What arrived said 8 on the box & slippers but were like boats. Given them away to my brother who takes size 91/2. fitted him well. Will not use Lotus again.

Fault with Sandal and still waiting for reply email that I sent so Idont have to post. Ended up paying 3.99! As frightened missed deadline date

I got an message saying that my bag had been dispatched so I bought the shoes locally & was then informed that you could not fulfill my order..

Unfortunately the shoes were not a good fit. Also due to being man-made materials, the smell of the fabric was like plastic. I would not recommend unfortunately.
